Cutting knives for processing applications in bakery, dairy, cereal, cheese, confectionery, meat and seafood, snack, fruit, vegetable and salad and tobacco industries adhere to strict quality control procedures to ensure that FDA and OEM standards for corrosion resistance are consistently met and providing high quality, consistent and clean cuts for customers. Machine knives from TGW are also used on vertical form/fill/seal equipment, commonly containing serrated, scalloped, zigzag, and EZ open tooth profiles; knives can also be customized with tear notches. TGW also specializes in knives for flow wrapping packaging equipment as well as knives for vacuum packaging and cup and tray sealing applications.
