Torr Industries offers bag-in-box fillers for liquid products such as wine and olive oil as well as aseptic fillers for filling bulk liquid products into kegs and drums. Bag-in-box fillers ranges from laboratory style and semi-manual filling systems for low-volume production to semi-automatic and automatic fillers to high-volume industrial filling. Torr 150 is a high-production, fully automatic bag and pouch filler for bag-in-box applications. Filling 1.5- to 20-l bags, the Torr 150 features an optional fully enclosed fill head that is pressurized with nitrogen with a design that virtually eliminates O2 contamination of liquids. The SteriGLAND AC4 bulk filling machine fills aseptic and Extended Shelf Life food products from 2 to 200 liters into drums.

Torr Industries offers bag-in-box erecting, forming, closing and sealing that integrate with its line of bag-in-box fillers and bag-into-box loaders. Box formers and closers run up to 20 cartons/min., with a magazine that holds up to 150 boxes. Machines feature separate vacuum pick devices for infeed magazines and opening stations, with an air cylinder that locks the bottom open.
