TurboFil’s automatic crimping machines are engineered for the high-speed crimping of spray pumps, pharmaceutical vials, and other products.TurboFil crimpers use a collet style crimper to produce a clean, secure crimp for a range of cap sizes (in 13-, 15-, 18-, 20-sizes, with custom sizes available.) TurboFil’s IC-60S Rotary Indexing Crimper automatically applies and crimps all styles of caps onto vials at speeds of up to 50 bottles/min. TurboFil’s IC-60 In-Line Crimper automatically crimp caps and spray pumps onto bottles or vials at speeds of up to 60 bottles/min without the need for change parts for different bottles.

TurboFil offers a full range of liquid filling machines for filling various types of liquids including pharmaceuticals, pastes, creams, mascara, nail polish, lotions, paints, oils and shampoo. Fillers handle a wide assortment of containers: vials, syringes, bottles, jars and cartridges. Automatic filling machines for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and chemicals include the Mini Monoblock, a compact, tabletop filling and assembly monobloc for small bottles and vials. TurboFil offers a full line of bottle capping systems ranging from handheld to capping equipment for fully automated production lines, including systems that handle crimp caps, screw caps and tamp-on caps for all sizes of containers and production speeds in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemicals and other industries. New inline capper is designed to be a cost-effective solution for servo-controlled capping. This machine can be mounted on the customer's existing conveyor (or a TurboFil-supplied one) and can be supplied as a fully automatic machine using a cap feeder or as a manually loaded operation. TurboFil's Acrobat chuck capper reaches rates of 80 bottles per minute, combining the benefits of flexibility and easy changeover of a spindle capper with the precise torque and reliable cap handling offered by chuck cappers.

TurboFil offers a flexible, modular, table-top conveyor with an aluminum extrusion design for clean handling and easy reconfiguration as requirements change. Conveyor is designed to be reusable, expandable and easy to work with. Conveyor, which can be used in conjunction with Turbofil’s line of filling and capping equipment, features an adjustable product guide system and heavy-duty drive assemblies. Plastic conveyor chain comes standard, with other styles available.

TurboFil's automatic depucker is engineered to be an efficient tool for removing bottles from pucks on a bottling line. Depucking systems can also lift a variety of bottles for bottom labeling and are designed for easy set up and changeover, with no change parts required. Depuckers are available in lengths of up to 96 in.

TurboFil’s automatic bottle feeder allows the user to load up to twelve trays of bottles into an elevator style feeder and walk away. The unit feeds bottles at speeds of up to 60 bottles/minute, freeing the operator for other tasks. This standalone unit with an anodized aluminum frame and leveling feet can be attached to your existing conveyor (or one supplied by TurboFil). TurboFil's automatic vial feeder can load up to three trays of bottles, vials or test tubes at a time and is configurable to a wide range of container sizes. Containers can be loaded onto a timing screw, conveyor or star wheel.

TurboFil offers a full line of labelers for integration with its own filling, capping and crimping systems or for standalone use. Machines range from semi-automatic benchtop units to fully automatic standard and custom designed labelers for applications such as labeling cartridges, mascara vials, tubes and syringes, as well as wrap labeling for round bottles and front-back labeling, and bottom labeling for bottles. All labelers are available for merge, blow-on or tamp-blow applications. The applicators are stepper-motor driven and include a self-teaching label sensor. File encryption allows for easy on-site software revisions and upgrades. Date, lot, barcode printing available as well as full print-and-apply. TurboFil's benchtop labelers provide a cost-effective transition from manual labeling to automatic labeling.
