Offered in a 14-in. pitch diameter, up to 40-in. for speeds up to 1000 bottles/min., U.S. Bottlers cappers can be built as standalone machines, or integrated into a monobloc/tribloc configuration to combine with its line of fillers. Featured products included the Rotary Chuck Style Capper, designed to apply and rotate a pre-sorted cap on a container, based on a predetermined applied torque. Other models include the High-Speed Capper (HC) and the Rotary Overcapper. In addition, U.S. Bottlers offers filler and capper technology in one simplified, integrated monobloc system.

U.S. Bottlers offers cap sorting equipment for filling lines, including vibratory or centrifugal (rotary) systems to be used in conjunction with its filling and capping machinery. Featured cap sorters include the Waterfall vertical elevator sorter for symmetrical, flat, and round caps. The sorters are fully integrated and tested alongside its capping equipment in the U.S. Bottlers facility.

U.S. Bottlers manufactures container cleaners and rinsers for bottling and container filling lines. For moisture-free packaging environments, the standalone rotary Sanitair Air Cleaner model handles speeds up to 500 BPM. For wet environments, a Rotary Rinser turret is available for higher speeds and can rinse containers using air, water or a rinsing solution.
