Volmpack’s product line of vertical form/fill/seal baggers are designed for packing products in flexible bags of flat film on the reel. Volm's conveyors and elevators are designed to efficiently transport produce from one location to another. Produce is fed onto the conveyor or elevator and is transported in the direction of belt motion. The belt runs on either a low-maintenance slat bed or stainless-steel rollers for a smooth and even motion. Return drums help with belt tension and also make sure there is no belt slippage. Conveyors can have produce sweeps included to divide produce flow, if needed. Elevators have cleats along the belt so they can transport produce to different heights. Common uses include: apples, carrots, citrus fruits, frozen produce, onions, potatoes and more.

Bulks bags, also called totes and FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) are large woven bags designed to carry bulk materials. Bulk bags generally range in size from 28" x 28" x 12" to 51" x 51" x 71" (filled dimensions) and may contain up to 4,000 lbs. of material. Many bulk bags can be used to protect products from moisture and offer resistance to oils and greases. Volm’s bulk bags are available with options such as: lined (LPDE food grade) or unlined, custom printing and Zip Lok document pouches. Bulk bags are also available with numerous top openings, bottom, spout and discharge options, and with various lift loops, belts and ropes in different colors.
