WeighPack’s conveyors used in food processing and dry ingredient handling applications includes the I shaped incline infeed conveyor, designed to carry bulk product from ground level to a weigh filling system. Constructed in stainless steel, these incline infeed conveyors are designed with food-grade polyurethane belts, with designs that are convenient for cleaning and sanitation. The incline conveyors feature casters, product guides, food-grade catch guarding, and a stainless steel catch pan. Other processing and ingredient handling conveyors from WeighPack include the compact footprint Smart Bowl Conveyor, a versatile system that can be used for hand load or automatic applications to fill each bowl with the required product weight prior to dispensing into an auxiliary packaging machine or hand held package. WeighPack Systems offers a wide array of weigh filling machines for almost every production need, accuracy requirement, space constraint and budget. The Primo™ family of automatic weigh filling machines, designed to ensure ease of use, sanitation and serviceability, includes the PrimoCombi™ multi-head weigher family of automatic combination scales; the PrimoLinear™ automatic net weigh filling machine for filling a wide range of products into bags, cartons, trays, boxes, jars and containers; the PrimoLinear C-series for weigh filling applications that require a conveyor to successfully transfer sticky products into the weigh bucket; and the PrimoLinear V and T Series of bulk weigh filling machines are designed to weigh and fill both cases and totes. Weighpack Systems provides capping solutions that unscramble bottles, cap containers and ensure caps are induction sealed. Weighpack's family of automatic capping machines, engineered for medium to high-speed requirements, is ideally suited for industries such as snack food, confectionery, beverage, pharmaceutical and cannabis, among others. Rotary cappers are capable of accommodating many container sizes and can meet production rates from 10 to 150 cycles per minute depending on the specifics of container and cap.

Both the VerTek® and XPdius® series of vertical form/fill/seal (vf/f/s) machines are engineered to seal a wide variety of film types, structures and styles. PopLok® tray forming machines for fold and tuck die-cut trays are ideal for packaging products such as electronics, food, consumer goods, apparel, pharmaceuticals and hardware.
