WLS offers the VCV-Series vial coders for the coding and inspection of unlabeled cylindrical products (i.e. Brite Stocking) with simple tool-less changeovers between various product sizes. Small footprint allows it to be easily integrated into existing packaging lines. The vacuum dial design allows for precise control of the products when accurate print position is required (i.e. vial crimp overseal). The vacuum feature also allows for the accurate rejection of products whose code could not be read correctly.

WLS offers pressure-sensitive labelers that can label containers vertically or horizontally, while incorporating all major code printing and vision inspection brands. WLS’ RL-Series rotary labeler includes a variety of options such as product orienting, label coding, vision inspection, automated label rejection prior to application to the product and various product rejection methods. The VR-Series in-line labeler includes a variety of options such as vertical roller trunnion with vacuum drum label applicator, label coding, vision inspection and automated label reconciliation. WLS also makes the HR-Series in-line labeler with a variety of options available.
