Vinco Automation
In partnership with WaveGrip, Vinco Automation builds and services two models of can carrier applicators. The WaveGrip CB-400 is a single, small–footprint machine capable of packing up to 400 cans per minute in 4 and 6–pack configurations. Machine is easily adjustable to suit a range of can heights including 12oz, 16oz, and 19.2oz in 202/211 and 202/204 diameters. The Beast is another can carrier applicator built and serviced in the U.S. by Vinco Automation. Designed for beverage manufacturers who want to make the switch to cardboard carriers, this easy-to-use Beast Applicator is a manual application device that packs a 24–pack tray of cans at one time. Compatible with standard 202 cans, The Beast will create completed packs at a rate about 100 cans per minute. Semi-automatic variations are available.
Wayne Automation Corporation
Wayne Automation offers reliable, low-footprint tray packers to handle multipacks of beverage containers as well as uniquely shaped products like motor oil and mouthwash bottles. The WTP Tray Packer is built with the craft brewery in mind, and solves the backbreaking task of loading multiple-packs of beverages in trays.
