Right Stuff Equipment manufactures single-head and double-head liquid piston fillers that come in a wide variety of sizes, handling applications from a 25 ml fill to 5,000 ml. Liquid fillers offer the option of filling one at a time via foot switch or continuously in a full auto mode. Flow controls allow the control the speed of the piston while an E-Stops feature allows operators to stop the machine at any time. Right Stuff's Voyager vertical form/fill/seal (vf/f/s) machine is an intermittent motion bagging machine capable of being integrated with any type of filler. With cycle speeds up to 120 bags per minute, this vf/f/s machine can handle most speed requirements as well as a wide variety of products. The machine includes many standard features such as stainless steel frame, automatic film tracking, stepper motor drives, power film unwind, Allen Bradley Controls, and a user-friendly HMI. A full options suite including remote access is available to handle virtually any vertical bagging requirement. In addition to the bagger, Right Stuff can design and integrate an entire packaging system.
