Capmatic
Capmatic supplies the Tablet Elevator Feeder, marketed as "the ultimate solution for seamless and efficient product feeding." Featuring an innovative magnetic lift motion system, this feeder requires no air. The Tablet Elevator Feeder has a low loading height at 780mm. The system also boasts a hopper volume exceeding 100 Liters (3.53 ft³) and a transport bucket volume of 13 Liters (0.45 ft³). Achieving speeds ranging from 3.5 to 4 lifts per minute (up to 52 liters/m) (1.83 ft³), the elevator feeder's efficient design ensures optimal performance.
Carleton Helical Technologies
Carleton Helical Technologies manufactures product and package handling equipment including feedscrews and denesters. HP Feedscrews can be engineered to handle a wide variety of applications for container handling: divide, combine, collate, rotate, dwell, denest, register and meter. Helical Denesters are used to separate products such as cups, bowls, or trays that are delivered in stacks. These stacks can be manually or automatically loaded into the denester. The denester will hold the stacks and mechanically separate the product one at a time for discharge onto a conveyor, platform or lead station for transport onto the next stage of its processing. These units can work as a stand-alone system dispensing containers if they are preset or can be linked to upstream and downstream equipment to work in unison for a collaborative system.
FlexLink Systems, Inc
FlexLink offers incline elevator conveyors designed for single or multiple lane elevation to handle sensitive products of different sizes. FlexLink also offers conveyor functions for puck handling for small, fragile products.
Garvey Corporation
Garvey supplies product and packaging handling equipment including gripper elevators and gap transporting equipment. The Gap Transporter, which when adjusted can be used for versatile applications including gap transporting, conveying, depucking, elevating, spacing, label inspecting and bottom coding. Garvey’s Gripper Elevator fits within existing conveyor lines with ease due to its minimal footprint design; it features a vulcanized gripper surface that opens or closes with a built in handwheel, from less than 1 in. to a maximum of 12 in. in separation. Custom designs for product and package handling are also available.
Morrison Container Handling Solutions
Morrison Container Handling Solutions creates products, equipment, and full line solutions to handle rigid and semi-rigid containers for all packaging applications. Morrison’s timing screws, change parts, drive units, denesters, and specialty equipment move containers for applications including, orienting, stacking, dividing, combining, denesting (for trays, cups, lids, buckets, and pots), in addition to systems for collating, grouping and stacking. Morrison also has developed timing screw drive units, change parts, and timing screws that maximize efficiency, productivity, and ensure quality outcomes for feeding and inserting applications on packaging lines. All solutions are custom designed to the customer’s container and created to move containers more efficiently and increase throughput from anything to filling, capping, corking, labeling, case packing and beyond.
Norwalt
High-speed puck loader and depucker systems handle specific orientation applications for filling products such as deodorants and shampoos. These systems run at very high speeds while delivering optimal OEE. Rather than relying on gravity and other outdated methods, Norwalt's puck loaders/depuckers use advanced tooling to craft the smartest strategy possible, working with odd sizes, irregular/asymmetrical shapes and unique designs.
