Palletizing

AND&OR AMERICA offers a portfolio of palletizing systems designed to accommodate automatic or semi-automatic operation, varying speeds, and a wide range of container and packaging formats. Display palletizers feature a layer-forming table fed by either a bottle dispenser or pusher, followed by a universal pick-and-place gripper that adjusts to different formats without part changes. The PEM series provides economical, compact palletizing for bottles in trays at lower speeds, while the PEMH series supports higher production rates and typically includes automatic tray forming, pallet feeding, and end-of-line wrapping. The PPM traditional palletizer handles packs or boxes with flexible infeed configurations. The RA-PL robotic series grips single or double product rows and can also manage pallet and interlayer placement when line speeds permit.
