Multipacking Equipment
Film packaging machines for multipacking feature modular designs and collation units that are adapted to the end user’s product, packaging and space requirements. B&B stretch packing technology utilizes servo drive technology for precise film control allowing for very tightly wrapped products without an additional shrinking process. Film wrapping compatible in combination with tray and case erection and loading equipment. The B&B stretch packer series precisely wrap single products or multi-unit formations in economical one pass wrap or two directions for full, dust proof coverage. Designed to save energy and money with higher performance when compared to full shrink tunnel packers, the system can bundle irregular shapes, low COF packaging and non-rigid packages into optimized solid formations with thin, high stretch films resulting in efficient, improved pallet unitization with less transport shift/damage and reduced waste. B&B’s RO Rotary Roll packer is designed for the packaging of cylindrical products in a film wrap at high speed, up to 120 cycles/min. Cylindrical products or stacks of smaller cylinders can be arranged and packaged in formations to meet specifications.
