DTM Packaging, a Massman Company offers system integration services for bottling lines. DTM’s services include designing and integrating entire bottling lines with the added ability of combining new equipment with remanufactured equipment, producing high-value, low-cost solutions. DTM specializes in integrated equipment throughout a bottling line, including bottle unscrambling and orienting equipment, inline and rotary filling (including DTM’s servo-driven continuous motion Walking Beam Flow system), meter fillers (using magnetic or mass flowmeter technology), inline and rotary capping as well as inline and rotary labeling. In addition, integration services extend to case packing, case erecting and case sealing machines at the end of the bottling line.

EDL’s single roll wrapping systems throughput rates typically range from 20 to 45 packs per minute. Common applications include trays of food or beverage product and collations of containers. The single roll wrapping system is based on an inline layout and can be easily integrated into an EDL upstream wraparound tray former. EDL single roll wrappers can run clear and printed film.
