Graphic Packaging’s line of cartoners can be supplied in either continuous or intermittent motion configurations to suit a variety of applications and line configurations. Cartoning machine product line is flexible, enables quick changeovers and is designed to erect and seal cartons for totally enclosed packages for multiple product types.

Graphic Packaging’s pick-and-place machines are available in multiple construction grades to suit the production environment. Quick-change magazines and vacuum stem tooling provide reliable product changeovers. Reciprocating placers achieve speeds of up to 90 ppm per lane while rotary placers reach rates of up to to 450 ppm. Intermittent or continuous motion application solutions are available. Optional stacked lanes or powered magazines can increase output. Typical products handled include literature, neck tags, magnets, trays, pouches and most other stackable items.

Multipacking systems include the QuikFlex™300 system for fully-enclosed packaging, a cost-effective solution with a small footprint for moderate speed requirements, new product introductions, or trial market applications. The Variety Pack Robotic Infeed is a high-speed, automated infeed system designed to stage multiple flavors of beverage cans from loose filled trays and transfers cans to the downstream Graphic Packaging cartoner for multipacking.
