At Holland Packaging LLC, we have over 25 years of expertise in shrink and corrugated packaging equipment. We offer multiple lines of packaging machines that provide total enclosure, clear wrap, registered print and bullseye wrap. Our systems offer the dependable Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI Interface, offer a small footprint, and few parts for quick pack-pattern changeovers. Our customers include industrial, commercial, copackers and small businesses, for all types of applications. It can also be configured with 90 degree or inline outfeed for maximum space efficiency on production lines.

Multipacking Equipment

Holland Packaging offers the Autopack SLC, a machine that features a pad inserter and welding bar. This medium-speed shrink wrap bundler is equipped with a cardboard pad inserter that can be used in a wide range of industries. The side infeed can be single-lane infeed with horizontal collating done directly onto the pad. For a minimal cost, cardboard pads give extra strength to shrink-wrapped products for better handling and stability on pallets. Cardboard pads can be used for a number of product containers such as jars, aerosol cans, or bottles. The SLC operates at speeds up to 14 ppm and can be configured with multilane infeed packing directly onto the pad.

Case Packing Equipment

The CZH Case/Tray Packer from Holland Packaging collates and loads products onto a preformed cardboard sheet. It then wraps it into a carton that folds around the product before using a Nordson hot melt glue system to seal the case securely. Depending on the application, it can also be configured for case wrapping or tray shrink-wrapping. The Autopack Case Packer machine also integrates with Autopack shrink wrap bundlers..
