Mactec Packaging is an original equipment manufacturer of monoblocs used for a variety of liquid filling applications. Monobloc units handle jobs such as filling and sealing unit dose cups, filling and crimping tubes, and filling and capping vials and bottles. MTMB-32 is designed for liquid and dry packaging of products into cups, tubes, vials and small bottles. Machine features cup sealing, cap torquing, tip insert and tube crimping features.

Mactec Packaging makes monobloc fillers for filling dry products such as K-cups for coffee. The rotary MTMB60 monobloc is designed for larger product applications, with a set-up for four cups per index. Featuring a vertical magazine type manual cup load, this machine can fill liquid or dry products and includes a filter forming and insertion station with powdered unwind units. Presence sensors are included for all functions. Other features include a nitrogen flushing enclosure to obtain 5-10% residual oxygen level and automated lid placement and sealing stations.

Mactec Packaging manufactures small footprint pouch and sachet packaging machines for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cbd, cosmetic and other applications. Mactec’s form/fill/seal machines include the MTVP200, a larger frame vertical four-sided sealing machine for sample pouches, sachets and other unit dose pouches. The MTVP160 vertical pouch machine is designed for automatic filling of liquids, powders, capsule tablets and other products into sachets. Other models from Mactec include the MTHP150 horizontal form/fill/seal, designed for packaging products such as transdermal patches, powders, edibles and medical devices in pouches.

Mactec Packaging is a supplier of thermoform/fill/seal machines for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical blister pack applications. Featured machines in Mactec’s product line is the Nano-60X, designed as an entry-level blister packaging machine for smaller production runs (including lab and R&D scale) in cGMP environments. The Nano-60X is capable of thermoforming and cold forming applications, and works with automatic or manual filling systems to form, fill, seal, perforate and cut blister packs of liquids, powders, capsules, tablets, medical devices, gummies and more. Other models from the MacTec blister packaging line are the MT-100 blister packaging system – a portable machine designed for thermoforming, filling, sealing, perforating and cutting – and the MT-150X, which offers a wider format to meet the need for a large blister pack and/or higher outputs.
