MPAC supplies side load, top load and vertical cartoners. The Langen AIR-XL is an extra-long, continuous motion, manual infeed, side load cartoning machine designed as a cost-effective solution for manufacturers demanding flexibility, reliability and high end-product quality. This cartoner handles a wide range of applications including cosmetic cans, flow wraps and bags for the food and beverage, health and personal care and pharmaceutical industries. The Langen LRC-400 top load cartoner is built with individual modules for carton forming, loading and sealing. The Switchback SC-2V vertical cartoner runs at maximum speeds of up to 45 cpm and handles a wide range of carton sizes and styles.

Case Packing Equipment

MPAC supplies Langen and Switchback case packing systems for RSC and wraparound cases and trays. The Switchback 3N1-T case packer utilizes the SCE-T case erector as a base and features a reliable servo-controlled case erector with tape closure. This flexible and compact solution offers an open design and easy changeovers for incredible efficiency. The Langen ALISIO side load case packer reaches speeds up to 25 cases per minute for RSC cases and wraparound cases. The Langen LRC-500 is a durable, robotic top-load case packing machine that provides a fast and flexible way to reduce manufacturing costs.
